No bedside manner.
Dr. Reddy performed my endoscopy. She barely stuck her head around the curtain while I was waiting for my procedure, even though ai had never met her. Afterward, Dr. Reddy did not come in to speak with me regarding what she did. I asked if she would come into recovery, and they told me that she was in while I was still sedated. Instead of going to speak with my husband, Dr. Reddy called his phone to tell him that I was in recovery. I was simply given a report to figure out on my own and was told that my biopsies would be available in 2 weeks. I will see her NP at my follow up appointment. I saw a NP for my pre surgical visit also. She was much more personable than the Dr. The office person who scheduled my endoscopy while in my 1st visit was also rude. I will find another Dr. I don’t usually write reviews, but here we are.

My new internal med dr referred me to Reddy to have an endoscopy & colonoscopy. Time was of the essence to get the testing done prior to June 1st for insurance reasons. Their office contacted me to schedule but upon hearing I had consulted one time a year ago with another GI practice upon referral from a different GP at that time they insisted they had to retrieve my records before scheduling me. Weeks later now they contact me and state that Reddy has refused me as a patient. They gave no reason & then hung up on me mid-sentence when I was politely inquiring why?! I immediately called the prior GI office where I had a consult to see what could possibly be in my records that would cause a physician to refuse me as a patient and they stated there was nothing! They'd be happy to see me again & perform any testing. Problem is, Reddy's office ran the clock out on my ins coverage wasting this time. Inefficient, inconsiderate AND rude. SO many red flags I'm happy to NOT be her patient!

Not a good listener; communication and bedside manner lacking. That being said, she is competent enough.

I had a very bad experience with my first colonoscopy. Someone recommended Dr. Reddy and she was wonderful. I had no problems during or after and don't even remember it. I have since gone to her for other problems and she is helping me with those. She is kind, personable, really cares and does her best to find the problem and the solution. I have and would highly recommend her.

Dr. Reddy seemingly has too many patients. This physician is not communicating to her staff, and thus many details are getting missed. I've even been handed other patients medical records while waiting in the office. Although I've seen Dr. Reddy twice, she doesn't recall who I am. The Toledo Clinic needs to tighten up the ship. If you expect more than a couple minutes with the doc and would like prompt follow up, I would suggest a different practice.
