My Wife
My wife has seen him a few times. He could care less about you. She has several pains in that area for awhile, he's done nothing to help her. Got back to her 4 days after her blood work came in with several major red flags. He's not even smart enough to prescribe her a medicine that she's not allergic to. Very lazy. Find someone on the South Shore it's worth the drive. His referrals are worthless as well. If something happens to her you will hear from us in a big way!

Please beware does not read charts or listen
Constant complaints during routine exam, making up chart information as he does not read the prior patient information. Asking questions during the exam that already has an answer had he just read the chart. Repeatedly bringing up surgery without evidence or reading the chart. Was left in pain the next day and will be changing doctors from this one. The staff is wonderful and part of the reason I stayed this long.

Run.
Pre-term labor stuck with this guy. Lacking compassion, communication. Treated like I was making up labor. He quickly looked said I wasn’t dilated and seconds later baby’s head was in the canal. The nurse checked & confirmed. quickly got into the next room where he crossed his arms and said Push. literally crossed his arms. It was two pushes and he came out he clipped some type of instrument on my outside skin like a clamp it hurt. I asked for pain meds, and he said no even though nurse was ready with them. Didn’t explain started pulling the placenta out. It was painful. Nurses kept apologizing. Then he says he’s going to order a ultrasound if there is placenta left he will have to put me under. No one let me know I still had pieces and i walked around for weeks not knowing. He made up notes said he had discussions about the NICA program. Just saw that gem. Noticed he ran every drug test he just assumed pre term labor must mean you are a druggie.

Dr. Paniello is THE BEST! When I was pregnant with my daughter I went through a Midwifery/Birthing Center. I had went to the hospital MANY TIMES due to different scares (Couldn't find kidneys and running out of Fluid just to name a few). Every time I went, Dr. Paniello was my doctor. After the first few visits, whenever I had to go, my midwife made sure that the hospital she called to send me to had him working at that time. His bedside manner was the best! He helped me stay calm, answered all of my questions thoroughly, made me feel seen and heard. Thankfully I was able to give birth with my midwife at the birthing center but if I had to go to a hospital, I would have made sure I went with him. He was the absolute best! If I can't do a birthing center for my next pregnancy, I will definitely have him has my OB/GYN!! I recommend him to everyone who asks me about where to go for OB/GYN!!!

He is superb.
I was all ready to make another appointment with Dr. Paniello who I adore but found out by looking online he is no longer with FMC. I am so disappointed and angry that his office didn't let his patients know about him leaving the practice and going elsewhere. I am supposed to have a mammogram and pap smear along with the obvious check up within a month or two and now I have to find someone else. I am upset with all of this. I finally found someone that I trusted and liked a lot. It would have been nice if his patients got a letter stating he was leaving. Sorry about this but I had to vent,

Dr. Paniello is clearly popular as the waiting room is always full of patients. I was referred by someone who also has a great deal of trust in his wisdom and care. I find him to be just right in his suggestions and timing of tests. My only complaint is that often the phones are not answered and the office staff up front seem to be in some kind of war on who will not answer the telephones and who will not be helpful over the phone. I often wait 25 minutes in loop on the answering machine.
