She is my head doctor. She’s very professional and so sweet. I love doing my physical exams with her but it seems impossible to make an appointment to get my results. Because every time I call , I can’t seem to be able to make a new appointment with her for my results. However it is not her fault, rather the service.

Dr. Mathew has been my primary care physician for over 10 years and is an excellent doctor. She is very professional, personable, easy to talk to, and shows genuine concern for her patients. My visits with her are thorough and she takes the time to listen and answer all of my concerns. She is trustworthy and has a lot of empathy. Thank you Dr. Mathew for all you do!

She takes the time to listen and hear what I have to say, and she answers my questions. I like that I can reach her directly via email in the patient portal and she responds promptly. When I was out of town and got sick with Covid, I sent her a message. The following day she set up a virtual visit with me via computer to access my symptoms and advise me. My emotional state went from panic to calm. Dr. Mathew is a doctor I would recommend to my family and friends without hesitation.

Dr. Mathew is an excellent doctor. She is professional and knowledgeable. The number of up-and-coming doctors shadowing her is a testament to her expertise. She is pleasant, compassionate and caring. She genuinely cares about her patients and their well-being. She stays apprised of my medical history. She is always ready with a solution to any medical concerns that I may have. Dr. Mathew is adept at testing and using those test results to determine the best course of action for me. She is good at "nudging" you to do what you are supposed to do to take care of yourself. I credit her with saving my life. Dramatic, I know. But she encouraged me to seek treatment for a condition before it reached the advanced stages. Because of that and other factors, I am healthy. Dr. Mathew is very attentive and personable. She takes her time to listen to your issues and provides good health advice without coming across as condescending. I found her to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Alas, she works for a terrible practice that is practically impossible to get an appointment. 20 minute phone calls to schedule appointment. I have had 3 appointments cancelled in a year and have waited 4-8 weeks to get another appointment. Have also had billing errors from office.

She has been the doctor to my three children for the past 5 years and now myself as well. She never makes you feel like you are just a chart. Always incredibly helpful and friendly
