A very caring doctor.
I've been under Dr Sanjay vyas care for 10 years. His staff is always friendly and always eager to help me. He spends as much time as necessary to cover all the bases of my physical complaint. His staff always forwards prescriptions to my pharmacy. Maybe it's just me, but I can't understand anyone not liking Dr vyas. I have recommended a couple of other of my friends to him and he has given them good care. He always goes over the details of what changes I need to make in my lifestyle to extend my health and I appreciate it. My wife and I are very happy with this positions care.

Dr. Vyas was willing to risk my life…
After calling Dr. Vyas for my regular monthly refill of a prescription that I taken for 20 years and monitored regularly, I was told to have labs drawn so that they could process the refill. I did so and called Dr. Vyas’s office two days later as my prescription still hadn’t been called in to my pharmacy. I was told that I needed to schedule a 6 month follow up visit (even though it had only been 4 months since my last visit). I did so, yet my medication was still not called in to the pharmacy two days later. I went to the the office in person and was then told that Dr. Vyas was now refusing to refill my prescription until I saw him for an appointment because I wasn’t complying with having it monitored (yet I literally went the to lab two days prior to have the labs drawn and regularly check and report my levels from my home machine). This sure seems to me like a medical practice more interested in making money off unnecessary office visits rather than taking care of patients.

Been going to Dr Vyas for years. I probably see him a couple times a year. I dont know if it's larger practice-more responsibility but his service levels have dropped from past experiences. He's a very large proponent of referring to lab and additional procedures to other St Francis physicians (probably part of the gig) and I get the feeling he doesnt like patients going outside of St Francis docs. I don't go to him because of his hospital affiliation (I like to make those decisions by doing my own homework).

Dr. Vyas and all of his staff are nothing but wonderful,Efficient and thoughtful. They have taken care of me and my family for many years I have never ever had a problem this office. Nurses are always on point , they listen to everything is say closely and have always taken care of any issue that i have had. Even the girls in billing are as sweet as they come. I would recommend this office to anyone that is looking for a professional facility with quality staff

Dr. Vyas is great. However his office staff is something else. I owed $52 for an office visit. I understand I have to pay that but they wouldn't give me a script refill for my meds which I was out of unless that was paid. Like $52 is going to break a Dr's office. I had sent in the mail and could verify it but still would not even give me a 30 day supply til they received payment in hand. So much for caring for their patients. Guess its all about the money.

For such a large practice, the entire practice group and staff members are extremely considerate, kind and generous. Always a very clean environment with ease of movement from one area to another, this practice is very "Patient Friendly." I have never had an issue that this practice could not address.

Dr. Vyas is our family doctor (both my family and my inlaws) and I feel blessed to have him watching over my loved ones. My mom is 83 years old and lives alone. Dr. Vyas gave her his cell number and told her to call him anytime and he will come to her house to check in on her. He does house calls all the time and I don't think there are many doctors left who are willing to make that kind of commitment to their patients.

Usually you can't get into him and get tossed around to one of many different people that work there. Therefore, no one is paying attention when you have been back several times with issues. He doesn't listen, and prefers to refer you off to someone else. He's a nice guy. But it's definitely a numbers game there.

In all the times that I had to go to his office, he took forever to arrive in the exam room. Once there, he seemed to care very little before referring me off to someone else. I don't think I ever had more than 5 minutes in the room with him. I would not recommend him to anyone.

A very bad experience. We were hopeful that my mother will get ok when she could finally see the doctor on the appointment day after 10 days. She was suffering with continuous clear nasal discharge. The doctor did not even look at the issue closely and just prescribed an antibiotic for sinus infection; and after 10 days another one. The problem increased even more and she started having shooting headaches. Then she saw another doctor who could easily figure out that it is brain water leak.
