Is a excellent doctor with my child he gives the trust to my child when he have a sad experience with other DR.

If you want your child to feel better and not suffer with GI issues, do not go here. My daughter was seen my this man as her supposedly specialist and he overlooked and brushed my husband off when he took our child for her appt. with swollen face, feet, legs and our child was suffering from low blood and no protein in her body. He told my husband oh, it’s nothing and we are currently in the hospital with our child because it was something to us and the doctors and specialist at Arnold Palmer. Let’s just say we found our daughter a new GI specialist due to she didn’t receive the proper medical attention needed with this specialist. Our daughter has suffered for months and missed school due to the incompetence of this man. Then he charges us $20 for a doctors note to take to the school for her absences. If he would have cared enough to get our child on the proper medication and not waste our time, the school wouldn’t need a doctors note. *DO NOT RECOMMEND *

I went for a follow today at the Kissimmee office after years without seeing the Doctor .. I drove an hour just to see him because he’s great. I appreciate how he takes the time to listen to all my concerns regarding my daughter’s health. He is very good at explaining everything and makes a great treatment plan. The nurse I believe her name is ( Nyeli ) i can see she is very good with the kids and parents .. I can see she cares for her patients .. Great team :)

The Dr. needs a better team! The red hair girl seems lazy and always having personal conversations on her phone. Not very attentive to the patient and she’s very loud. Every time I call the main office I’m always place on hold for more than 30 minutes this office is ridiculous I’m never coming back

Not very professional. Staff is very rude. We usually wait around an hour for an appointment after scheduling. We arrived one time in the morning so as (hopefully) not have to wait so long. We arrived at the office about 10-15 minutes before just in case. The staff and doctor wasn't there. We waited around half an hour just for the front desk person to come in. The doctor came in even later. We waited more to go to the room and had the appointment 1 hour after scheduling. No one apologized.

Go somewhere else. His office staff is LAZY and will NOT promptly respond to insurance denials and requests for prior authorizations on meds, etc. Plan on 3 weeks or more of phone tag and going down there to find out why nothing is getting accomplished. Years of this nonsense and I'm no longer able to put up with this. Dr. K himself is kind, caring, and excellent with my questions. He's been good to my special needs kid. But let's face it, we mostly have to deal with the lousy staff! Bye!

Sometimes doesn't return phone calls, office staff uncaring. My daughter spent 9 days in the hospital, in pain, and was released without a diagnosis. Her condition hasn't changed, I have a lot of bills to pay, and my daughter is still sick.

His office staff never passes messages along to the doctor. We have to call bsck 2 and 3 times to get answers. Everytime we see him, he's always running st least an hour behind. Very unprofessional.
