From start to finish I was thrilled with the staff, Dr Jatana and how everything was addressed. I have been a R.N. for over 40 years and have worked with lots of surgeons and Dr Jatana excelled in everything.I am beyond grateful . So happy I was referred to him.

I had over 4 spinal surgeries with Dr. Jatana (back in 2005). Including some serious complications (not caused by Dr J). I haven’t need any additional surgical intervention since, however, if I were to ever need anything done, Dr. Jatana is the ONLY surgeon I would want. He’s incredible.

Dr Jatana was recommended by my primary physician as the DR he would use if he needed neck surgery. My experience with his team was amazing. Toreen is awesome and so is his PA, Heather. Dr. Jatana also made me comfortable with the procedure , was available for questions and follow up . My neck feels so much better- I would recommend him for this surgery.

Not only is Dr. Jatana extremely skilled but his office staff is very responsive to any questions you might have also. I had a very successful surgery having two artificial discs placed in my cervical spine. Everything went smoothly, the pre-op, surgery, and post-op visits. Any questions I had were answered completely and in a timely fashion.

Front office was prompt. Little to no wait time to see the Dr. Very thorough explanations. I felt very confident in his diagnosis and treatment plan. He has a great demeanor and personality.

Dr. Jatana was very thorough, and had looked through all my records and testing before he came in the room to go through them with me. He was very compassionate and straightforward about encouraging me to have another injection to confirm the problem, and then to follow up regarding surgery. I felt Reassured that I was on the right path.

Great bedside manner. Does not explain very well the procedure and what to expect. Aftercare is not very helpful and if you are not the perfect recovery patient they do not want to help you.

I highly recommend Dr. Sanjay Jatana and his office. Unfortunately, I have seen nearly 100 doctors for my specific pain issue and I have a thorough knowledge of the medical process - how long it takes to make appointments, how good the staff is, and how conscientious the doctors are. Dr. Jatana really looked over my extensive medical history so that when he first met me at my first appointment, he didn't repeat questions that I had already answered. He is very conscientious and really pays attention to detail. He presented several options to me and explained each one. I chose to have double artificial disc replacement surgery and it went perfectly well. I had consulted with 3 other specialists in the local area before someone in the medical field recommended Dr. Jatana to me. I was far more impressed with Dr. Jatana than the other 3 surgeons. Dr. Jatana gave me my life back several times. 2 different decompression surgeries bought me years before I finally had to fuse my lower back, he warned me more than a decade before that fusion was down the road but wanted to keep me active. Best decision I made because he listened to my lifestyle and worked in the right procedures at the right times. PT is crucial to success, not his fault if you don't follow instructions.

Dr. Jatana was referred to me by a friend. He was my “2nd opinion” for Lumbar Spinal Fusion and Laminectomy. After my first visit with his PA, Heather Duncan, I was already feeling good about him and his practice. After meeting with Dr. Jatana to review my records and results, I was certain he would be the surgeon I would feel most comfortable and confident with. Dr. Jatana explained the procedure and post op information in a manner that was clear, concise and understandable. Dr. Jatana and Heather were completely available throughout the entire process. I have been seeing Dr. Jatana off and on for several years for various spine problems. He always explains the diagnosis and treatment options in detail and spends enough time so I don’t feel rushed, I feel confident about my treatment plan when I leave. Dr. Jatana was the third neurosurgeon I went to in my quest to find someone that I trusted to do surgery on my back after an accident. In the first few seconds after meeting him and explaining my situation, I just had a feeling I had found an incredible doctor in person. He totally put me at ease, And his staff is beyond amazing. I recently had surgery now about six weeks ago, and the pain I was experiencing in my back is totally gone. The previous neurosurgeon I was seeing was going to do a totally different procedure that was much more invasive. I do not hesitate in recommending Dr. Jatana to anyone.

He takes the time to treat the patient, not just the problem! He reads the images and reports AND listens to the patient and their concerns. He also explains the issues and proposed procedures in detail so a regular person can easily understand. I wish I had found him years ago.
