I’ve been a patient since 2017, and over the years, I’ve experienced long wait times and heard other patients complain about scheduling issues. However, my most recent experience was the final straw.My appointment, scheduled a year ago, was canceled on the day of my visit (11-26-24). I had confirmed it earlier, only to be told by the office staff that it was canceled because I needed a sonogram first. This information would have been helpful before the day of the appointment.I had traveled from Florida specifically for this visit, coordinating it with several other medical appointments, and rescheduling wasn’t an option. The receptionist was unhelpful, and the doctors seemed unconcerned about the inconvenience this caused. It’s frustrating to feel that my time and travel didn’t matter.It’s disappointing to be treated this way by both the office staff and medical team. I can only share my experience to warn others about the lack of communication and respect for patients’ time.

Dr. had me wait almost one and a half hrs. Does not return messages to office or portal messages. Lied that he performed a laryngoscopy at visit and posted it on my portal. Billed my insurance company a thousand dollars. Dishonest and rushes visit. Northwell Health Director tried to pacify me when I made the complaint. I posted a review and it never posted so I’m trying again.

Dr. Dubner, his PA Kelly, and his medical assistant Shamika were all very kind and professional. Dr Dubner made me feel comfortable, safe, and confident in his care. I was not disappointed. He is a fantastic surgeon. No complications post-op. beautiful incision. Very responsive and patient with any post op questions/concerns I had. Again I would highly recommend.

Explained everything, went just as planned, no pain

Day of the surgery after month and a half of prep and pre op cleared. Dr Dubner canceled the surgery. Missing recent blood work? Dr Dubner’s and his teams job. Just be honest.

I am completely relaxed and comfortable in knowing that Dr. Dubner will be kind and gentle, thorough and professional whenever I have an appointment with him.

Dr. Dubner is an excellent surgeon. He and his Physician Assistant made my experience less stressful than it could have been.

Kind, knowledgeable, confident. Puts you immediately at ease. Removed partial thyroid and it's was a great experience from first meeting to post op.

I had a total thyroidectomy due to a large malignant neoplasm. Dr Dubner kept me fully informed and confident every step from consultation through post op follow up. He and his staff made the entire process easy. The surgery was done so beautifully that only 5 weeks later I feel great and the incision is almost invisible. Dr Dubner is a great surgeon and a great guy. I love him ????

I had a tyroid removed surgery, he left a bad scare on my neck ,he promised me he will fix it when I went to see him he left me for an hour and half with my 18 months dougther waiting in waiting room them he told me he doesnt axcept my insurance anymore! he was not polite when he told me and did not give any options! I do not recommend at all, he does not have any feeling to Paitent I was only 28 years old. every time I see the scare on my neck make me sad.
