Straight forward treatment
Dr. Naples was referred to me by a former coworker and I've never been happier with a PCP. I'm fairly young considering some of the problems I've had to see him for, and not a single one has he failed to diagnose, treat, or passed judgement on me for. He treats you like a person and although has a very dense day with MANY patients, he tries to connect with everyone in my experience. He's extremely intelligent and believes in MANY treatments, even alternative treatments vs just 'here's a prescription'.

In March I called to refill my daughters medication for ADD. I was informed we had been released from the office due to missed appointments. We had an appt in Jan that I rescheduled due to my other child’s dental emergency and our February appt I canceled the day before due to both children having the flu (appt was for med follow up for what it’s worth) We had no other missed appts in 10 years. They refused to refill my daughter’s medication and also refused to even listen to me when I explained I could show them the exact date and time I called to reschedule the appointments. The office was extremely rude and it took calling them information from the state board of health saying they’re required by law to refill my daughters meds for 30 days because it’s a maintenance medication to even get my daughter taken care of while we found a new provider.

Snob.
I had a very early appt, I think it was 30 minutes before they had patients come in. I waited in the exam room for a half hour while he stood outside my door and talked about fishing. He finally came in my room when the shift started, and he rushed me out in about 3 minutes. Don't schedule appointments early if you are just going to waste our time. He would not help me with the paperwork I needed from him to apply for disability. He said I would never get it because he had a patient that had back surgery 3 times and could not get disability. And he said I would never ever get it because I didn't have a paper trail. I got it the first try without any help from him. I made him mad about it and he kicked me out of his office.

long time patient
I & my family have been with Dr Naples since he opened his practice. He has always been caring & professional. When my father-in-law was no longer able to leave the home for Dr appointments, Dr. Naples offered to come to our house if we needed him. He is busy because he is good. And for those who can't wait, you won't find wait times any better unless you go to a bad doctor. I love the man and will be with him until one of us dies.

BEST DOCTOR EVER. Husband and i both go to him. No nonsense and right to the point. Extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He will even draw you a picture if necessary. Sometimes wait times are longer, but who wants a doctor with an empty waiting room. Follow up calls are prompt, and nursing staff is absolutely the best.

Dr. Naples and staff are absolutely amazing. I started going to him in 1999. He’s caring and through. I’ve referred many to his practice. Most of family goes there now. We love how it’s like a one stop shop now his office has everything we need which is very convenient. Staff is friendly. He cares about patients like they were his family. I’m so happy with this practice I’ve seen a few of the other doctors here in the past when I had to get in ASAP and he was full. I didn’t mind they are all very nice and knowledgeable. He helped me get my special needs son the services he needed to make my life a lot more structured! Best practice in the area. We love going here Thank you for being top notch! Keep up the great work!

I was with him for 13 years. Had an 8:45 am appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. He kept me waiting over an hour. Front staff only saying he was running behind. Finally I left. Two days later I received a certified letter saying he can no longer be my physician. Even declined a refill on a prescription. Would not recommend. Very unprofessional.

I also have been going to Dr. Naples for about 23 years. He used to be awesome and actually cared about the patient. But now he is very arrogant and condescending and you are lucky if he spends more than 5-10 minutes with you in order to pack in the most amount of patients a day. Prepare for long wait times and schedule out about 3-4 weeks. Time for him to retire.

Disapointed in Youngstown, OH – Nov 19, 2016
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Naples?
When I first started going to Dr. Naples I thought he was kind and caring. I certainly saw his true colors after a few visits. He was very condescending, uncaring, and rude. I also felt very uncomfortable with his boastfulness while being observed by a young intern. I wouldn't absolutely never recommend him.

Youngstown, OH – Oct 16, 2016
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Naples?
In the beginning of my association with this Dr. it was good. But as the years progressed the kind, caring physician has turned into worrying about how many patients can be seen in an hour. A normal quarterly visit has gone from 10 to 15 minutes has gone to 4 to 6. He will not listen to concerns as to possibly of reactions to medications with others from specialist. Feels he is the only doctor needed to be seen when in reality a recommendation to a specialist is apparent.
