Dr Rocha has come very highly recommended and I am disappointed to not be able to see her. I have called 3 times in the last year and each time I was told they are not taking new patients. However, their website states they ARE taking new patients. Very disappointing and very confusing.

Dr. Rocha and PA Michaela Miller are the best. They both always takes their time and explain my medical treatment thoroughly. Dr. Rocha's staff are always friendly and make you feel welcomed when you walk in the door.

Hadn't seen a doctor in years, and decided it was time! Was treated by PA Michaela Miller....and I really, REALLY liked the treatment received. Not just by PA Miller, but by the other staff members too. Very down to earth, engaging, thorough in their questioning, friendly, not your regular "robotic" office treatment. I shouldn't have waited so long for a full top-to-bottom check-up, but I'm extremely happy to have found someone that makes me feel totally comfortable and at ease. And please note: I'm old school, I don't just appreciate good service, I expect it. Looking forward to many more years of service & treatment- thank you VERY much!

Dr Rocha and nurse practitioners have been taking care of my health for years .. it’s rare that I can be such a loyal patient ,, but with doctor Rocha I found a doctor that cares and listens we work TOGETHER towards making decisions regarding my health resulting on me paying more attention. She is young but “ old school “ about how she care for her patients. I have recommended her to my friends and family and everyone has the same view on the way she has cared for them.. we all thank her.

Dr. Rocha is one of, if not the most compassionate doctors ever! She was instrumental in helping my elderly mother get her medications set to proper dosages and put her mind at ease. We need more doctors like her!

We have always, as a family to include me, my wife and son, had the best medical care from Dr. Sandra Rocha. She is most knowledgeable, highly competent, and always willing to provide the best medical treatment. Her office staff have always been very personable, especially Jennifer at the reception desk. I called today to make an impromptu appointment. I left a message and within 10-minutes I had a returned call and an appointment for 30-minutes later. For more than 20-years, Dr. Rocha has served our family in a most competent, productive, and friendly manner. We have medical needs which require regular office visits and having seen doctors for more than 40-years, Dr. Sandra Rocha is by far the best!

I never got to meet her. I chose her from new health care system but when I called I was placed on hold several time by rude staff after cutting me off when I was trying to say why I was calling (new patient). Told to call back next month for appointment at the end of the month After That. I'll keep looking.

Always expect to wait in the waiting room over 2 hours after your appointment time to be seen by the doctor

My mother was one of Dr ROCHA's original patients but that didn't help her get an appointment when she needed it. Office staff would not help me get her in to see Dr I switched her over to Alex's office cause at least she knew him from when he and Sandra worked together. Mom is 92 and I didn't want her to have a Dr she never gone to before.

I would not recomend this doctor. I have been seen her since last year and not happy at all with her. This will be my last visit. She sent me for some exams, and she does know how to read them.. she said " it looks like..". you need to go with another doctor to see what's is wrong, if you have a back pain she send you to see a Quiropractic, so no I don't see a reason to have a family doctor, if always send you anywhere else.

Dr. Rocha is very professional and has a great bedside manner. I was impressed! I am so glad I found her. The staff was very friendly and helpful and very little wait time.

The front desk staff does not care if you are sick or not. There is no accommodation towards patient. Receptionist is rude and cares more about being online for personal activities.

First Doctor I have ever met to take great concern with the care given to her patients. She listens and understands her patients.
