Competent and compassionate
I recently had a follow up appointment with Dr Dhanjal. I had been battling my lung cancer since last August with radiation and chemotherapy. It was a difficult time as I suffered from a few complications. Throughout this time Dr Dhanjal and her staff were extremely supportive. Without their help I wouldn’t have continued my treatment. At this time I appear to be cancer free and feel that I owe my very life to her. If you need an oncologist you could not find a better one.

I love Dr. Sandhya Dhanjal! What an amazing bed side manner. My dad was a patient of hers for several years and we were so happy going to her. When some of my labs were off and my primary care doctor told me not to worry about it yet, I knew I wanted to go to Dr. Dhanjal for reassurance, I really value her opinion. She diagnosed me with Polycythemia and she felt the underlying cause may be of concern. Dr. Dhanjal sent me for an ultrasound right away that revealed a mass on my kidney. I love that she thinks out of the box and doesn't take things at face value. Now having cancer I will be a life long patient of Dr. Dhanjal. I feel my health is in the best of hands with her.

Dr. Dhanjal has an outstanding ability to connect with patients I wouldn't go anywhere else. My sister also goes to the Dr. Dhanjal after feeling Yale was very clinical she made her feel like family from the first visit to today. We highly recommend her for the best experience you can have during difficult times.
