Wonderful Doctor
Dr Dasari is one of the best! I never feel rushed during my yearly physicals. She listens, and answers any of my questions. She is quick with placing necessary referrals and lab work orders. I recently needed an MD letter for a life insurance policy medical history discrepancy and she was able to write it up in no time. I feel grateful to have such a caring, thoughtful and smart doctor! (I feel like any negative comments on this page are about the office in general which I don’t think should be a reflection of the MD)

Very disappointed in this PCP. She was the PCP for both my parents because their long time PCP retired. I had to call the office a total of 4 times in order to get an answer/visit. My original call was at 9:15am and I did not hear back from them until 345pm. Stated that she was in meetings, her nurse was busy and will get back to me, and another provider was not available to speak or review my concerns about my dad. It was not until I said that I am going to take him to the ER that Dr. Dasari picked up the phone. With all his symptoms, she said she is going to give him an rx for an inhaler. I advocated that he needs to be seen or I will have to take him to the ER, an inhaler is not going to help him. As a healthcare worker, your patients are and should be your concern. I took him to the ER and he was there for 6 days. With everything going on, you would think she would be more concern with her patients. I fear for those who do not have people to speak for them. Be careful who you pick.

this is crazy, or rather American greed! If you don't have time to take care of your existing patients I wonder why you take new patients! My guess is just greed for more money, else you would have considered patients might suffer without appointments and better to limit milking to existing customers. Your sweet words during appointment means nothing if you have in inhuman team! I have thyroid and every time even for just re-fill the existing medicine they make sure you fill why you still alive??!! There are all -online portal, phone, fax and what not however you would have better chance of winning lottery than getting response from them! if you want to happen anything then go to emergency/urgent care, common I just need re-fill! I hope in next life I wouldn't be born with any medical condition or I become myself a doctor and these guys my patients :-(

I have been a patient of Dr DaSari's for about ten years now. I love her!! She is amazing, so caring, compassionate, and very thorough. However, the phone system, and office policies have changed several times in the last few years, and it has become increasingly difficult to get through to her to get the care I need. Just last week I had 3 phone calls that were not returned. I'm very frustrated and disappointed, because I can't imagine changing and going to anyone else. I have addressed the situation in the past, but it's only gotten worse with the changes they keep making. I don't know what to do.

I wish I could leave a review for the office rather than the doctor. I left after a series of frustrations over several years, including being kept waiting for more than two hours on multiple occasions, with no apology or explanation - when I asked what was going on, all I was told was "the doctor is here, she'll be with you shortly." The last straw was being given a referral to a specialist who, when he asked me what I was there for, stared at me for a moment before saying "that's not the kind of condition I treat." I hadn't requested him, or any referral; the Center for Healthy Aging set it up. When I told them what he said, their response was just "okay, great!", as though I hadn't been kept waiting a month for the appointment and spent a couple hours of my day on something that was not simply unnecessary but ... well, I don't know what. Is there a different specialist I should have seen instead? What exactly was the miscommunication? No one was ever able to tell me.
