I have been a patient with Dr. Kancherla from almost 12 Years and always been very satisfied with the care and attention that i have received. Dr. Kancherla and his staff is very knowledgeable and explain about your health issue and the treatment required in detail. He always make you feel very comfortable with his treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Kancherla if anyone is looking to treat themself for any Gastroenterology issues.

Dr Kancherla is a excellent Gastrointerologist. He takes the time to explain the medical procedures that are necessary for your care. He also answers your questions and addresses any concerns that you may have. After the proceedure he completely explains the results. I have been his patient for three years.

I've seen Dr. Kancherla twice. Office visit and Endoscopy procedure. He diagnosed me with Gastric acid reflux and increased the dose of Pantoprazole twice from 20 mg, prescribed previously by PCP, to 40 mg. I immediately felt a relief in symptoms. He also scheduled Endoscopy procedure, which he performed himself. Procedure confirmed the diagnosis and discovered the root of this: hiatal or stomach hernia, which causes Gastric acid reflux.Staff was polite and respectful, customer service works, office was cleaned.

Dr Kancherla is professional and compassionate. He explains everything and answers your questions. The staff is efficient and kind also.

Excellent patient service

I saw Dr. Kancherla on August 8, 2024 for both a Colonoscopy and Endoscopy. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Dr. Kancherla, along with the others in the procedure room explained everything in detail. Dr. Kancherla came out to see me before I was discharged to clarify the procedure, his findings, and next steps. Everyone that was involved with these procedure were wonderful. I highly recommend Dr. Kancherla if anyone is looking for a doctor.

From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel comfortable and cared for. Everyone was professional, capable, and friendly from the gal who did my intake to the nurses, anesthesiologist, and doctor himself. I was always made aware of what was being done and felt like I was in good hands.

Colonoscopy is not a fun procedure if not delegated correctly. The procedure was completed in the highest quality and the services were prompt and superb communication, even the bedside manner was positive. Please note that I had the right resources to work with Dr. Kancherla.

Dr. Kancherla has good bedside manners and listens to you with your symptoms. He provides good resources and knowledge on my GI issues. The office staff and nurse are friendly and helpful.

I had the procedure at NorthernNJ Center for Advanced Endoscopy Center located at Englewood Cliffs. Registration was very easy and complete with list of doctors you would like to send the procedure results. I was lead by the nurse to prep area just on time. She confirmed my personal information and very attentively went through my list of medication and when I took them. She preped me for the procedure. In the procedure room nurse who was going to assist Dr. Kancherla introduced her self to me and rechecked and confirmed my personal information. Anestesiologist MD informed me about the sedation and I signed an informed consent form. Nurse put the elastic mouth piece . When I woke up I was in the recovery room. I was offered juices and water. Dr. Kancherla came gave me preliminary results and advised me about food intake restrictions. Recovery room nurseChecked that I am ok and who was going to take me home. Gave me discharge intructions and papers, escorted me to the waiting room

Best gastroenterologist in the area! He is terrific! He is kind compassionate intelligent and has excellent patient skills!
