Unpleasant front desk
Had a VERY negative experience at Dr. Miller's office on today 12/07/2023. I am personal caregiver to my mom, and we had a 3 month follow up appointment. I was unaware of a balance that owed I did not get a bill in the mail although the receptionist stated rather rudely that one was sent. I asked if she (my mother) could still be seen and of course the answer was no. As a medical assistant who works in a primary care office, I understand things can fall through the cracks. I will also mention here that the office I work for refers ALL our neurology consult patients to DR. Miller's office. The receptionist was extremely rude and had cut me off several times. Called me rude when I stated that I was unaware of balance. She was NOT helpful and did little to improve over patient experience. Especially knowing the waiting room was full of other patients waiting to see the provider as well.Going forward I will make my office manager as well as all 7 of providers to find another neurologist

Great doctor, Unprofessionally run office.
Dr. Miller is excellent. However, the office seems incapable of refilling prescriptions in a timely fashion even when the pharmacist is calling. You cannot leave a message on the phone which is beyond annoying when you've been waiting for over a week for your refill. The staff is rude and so is the message when you call in. I am looking for a more professional office.

My longstanding neurologist retired. I was fortunate enough to find Dr. Miller. He has given me outstanding continuity of care. He also suggested a change to one of my treatment modalities, which has been a real game-changer in the frequency/severity of my migraines. He is a good listener and has a great bedside manner. I would highly recommend him, especially if you want a doctor who will listen to what you have to say and to agree on a plan of care together.

Dr Miller was very knowledgeable and attentive. He genuinely was interested in my health. Only reason I didn’t give a 5 is because the office is a little old and outdated.
