Dr. Samuel Lifshitz, MD

In 2001 diagnosed the cervical cancer by another Doctor Who was giving me the antibiotics and called it 5:00 p.m. one day and said you have cancer you're having surgery this week!I fired her. Found this doctor and met him immediately but had to wait 3 months for the surgery. I decided to wait. A single mom with a 12 year-old daughter. It was well worth the wait! I had seven organs removed, my entire reproductive system. He stapled me shut. I do not have a horrible or oversized scar. I was able to keep my 38 yr old flat stomach after I had the surgery and wear a bikini without looking very self conscious at a lake or my backyard pool with my now former husband or in front of my daughter and friends. Now at 61, I cannot say that same thing. A failed knee surgery left me bedridden 5 months and I turned into a blob ... bikini days are over! But I was blessed by the Lord to find this man and I can't say enough wonderful things about him! Thank God I found him. A lovely man.

I am a former patient of Dr. Lifshitz. I had endometrial cancer. He was the surgeon who performed the abdominal/hysterectomy. I saw him for six years after that and he is the most caring doctor I have met in OB/GYN. He was always ready to listen to any concerns, comments or questions I had. I left his service only because I moved away, and he wasn't in my Network.

I consider him one of the most experienced and best Gyn oncology surgeons in Dallas. He is kind and caring and most of all very skilled at what he does! I consider myself very lucky to have been reccomended to him!
