Dr. Samuel Kim, MD

I have yet to have an experience. So a little personal but I went to the ER for a broken male sex organ. They told me that I needed to been seen immediately and referred me to Dr. Kim. It took them 5 days to get my medical records than scheduled me an appointment 2 weeks out. I have been in immense terrible pain yet they won't do anything. I was told by the ER at Ball Memorial that this needed immediate attention and I would be seen in 3 days. I have already contacted my lawyer and will make complaints at appropriate places.

One of the best providers I have.

While I very much liked Dr. Kim and felt he was a very competent doctor, I will not return to this practice because of the insane amount of waiting time and crowded waiting room. I have been here twice in the last two months. The first time I waited over an hour. The second time I went in for a 5-10 minute procedure and waited for 2 hours. If I had not needed the procedure, I would have left. Also, the waiting room is too cold for a bunch of people who are waiting to give urine samples.

Everything that I encountered with this doctor is positive. He has an invigorating demeanor and exudes competence. He communicates most effectively and is a pleasure to do business with.
