waste of time
... after 6 attempts of asking Dr. Garcia's office manager and his staff to have my new high blood pressure meds sent to the "correct" pharmacy, my 7th attempt to speak to Dr. Samuel Garcia was denied. Dr. Garcia not only did not return my call, but he had a staff member hand me a letter terminating our doctor/patient relationship... first thought that comes to mind is "coward." A doctor who cares, does not write off a patient because he or his staff can't follow directions, or because his office manager and staff keep passing or dropping the ball. A doctor who cares gets active and fixes the situation... not "Dr." Samuel Garcia. It is sad.
