Dr. Samuel Bitton entered the room with a calm, patient demeanor. His presence was reassuring and confident with my son and I, and that matched his incredible depth of knowledge. Patient care is 100%, and so is expertise 100%.

Amazing. Very knowledgeable and very patient and thorough in the way he helped me with my children and their GI issues I honestly was very pleasantly surprised and Lee surprised and would highly recommend this physician for any sort of GI pediatric related issues for your child. He is my child's second Dad we love him. he discovered the source of my daughter's sickness and helped us get the help that we needed.

Our five month old daughter was spitting up heavily and having abdominal pain so bad that she could not sleep so we took her to the emergency room. Dr. Bitton comes into the room and after we explained the situation he asked us “so what do you want me to do about it?”. Dr. Bitton instructed us to feed our daughter despite our insistence that if she spat up again we would be back to square one. As our daughter was crying loudly, someone on his staff gave us a pacifier and we declined it because our daughter doesn’t use one. They kept trying to get us to use one on her. It was as if Dr. Bitton and his staff cared more about silencing a pained patient rather than help her feel better. Worst of all, he prescribed a suppository to give our daughter which we were open to, but as our daughter was five months at the time, the prescription was moot because the medicine is for two to five YEARS. Awful experience. I wouldn’t recommend Dr. Bitton to even my baby’s worst enemy.

Dr. Bitton is absolutely wonderful! His amazing bedside manner, immense medical knowledge and true concorn for his patients are a rare find. He is beyond gentle and caring with his patients and their nervous parents! He takes ample time in getting to know his patients and explaining everything clearly and patiently. He returns calls immediately, and again takes time to carefully go over all concerns and answer all questions. He truly cares about his patients and I highly recommend him.

Excellent doctor with wonderful bedside manner. Takes his time to make a personal connection and truly understand the child's need. Genuinely kind and caring about helping his patients. He always returns messages within a day about any concerns or questions.

My experience began before I met him in person. With over a dozen recommendations to go to him (from physicians, friends, and forums), I booked an appointment for my son and have since brought my daughter to see him as well. His level of care is incredible-- his patience with us, sensitivity to our issues, clinical knowledge, rapport with my children-- all top notch! Highly recommend Dr. Bitton!

Dr. Bitton examined my 9-year old son for reflux. It was the worst experience I ever had with a doctor. He was inpatient and crude and had no sensitivity to treating a young child. He performed an unnecessary rectal exam in a very aggressive manner. My son was scared and very unhappy before, during and after the exam. I felt violated after that exam and was upset with myself for not trusting my instincts and telling him that he should not perform the exam since we had a stool sample.
