Respectful, courtesy, and professionalism are my first words that come to mind when talking about Dr Shaia., as well as all the doctors at OA. I belong to a particular healthcare system, but I choose OA physians over the hospital doctors when care I need in orthopedics. They have made me walk, bend, reach, grasp, and removed my pain for seven years. No comparison in their knowledge and ability, and all procedures are explained up front. I love them.

Dr. Shaia was highly recommended by friends He is very compassionate and reassuring that he can help you. I hope so. The first shot did nothing. Second shot today (5 wks. apart). Staff is professional.

I had an appointment to allow the Dr. to determine where to do a Radiofrequency Ablation. He was on time and performed the examination with a minimum of pain. He told when he would be giving me injections. We conversed somewhat during the procedure.
