absolutely disgusted - he obviously didn't bother to read my mom's chart prior to the appt. Had no idea why she was there when she was an "urgent" squeeze on his schedule per discussion between him and mom's primary doctor. Did not show compassion, care, or interest. More than half our family works in the medical field and when we asked prompting questions about mom's condition he was very offended and asked for our profession. Unprofessional and lack of expertise and care to say the least!!!!

Creepy, that's the only word that fits this guy!!! Disingenuous and abrupt about my issues. Can't remember anything about my previous visits, I though that was what charts were for!!!

It is alarming what people will saw when they don't want to lose weight themselves and then blame the doctor. Embarrassing. I find Dr. Salama to be a very honest and straight to the point man. Told me what my problem was and how I needed to fix it. Great doctor!

In over 2 years of treatments Dr. Salama never stopped to discuss things with me, never gave me further information about a possible diagnosis, he never remembered anything about me and my case, and was always very cold and curt. The final straw was when on my last visit he asked who had put me on the medication HE had put me on, then he told me to stop taking that and asked if I knew why he had put me on it. In over 2 years I have no answers and lots of anger. I do NOT recommend him at all!

Probably one of the worst experiences I've had with a doctor; a horrible first consultation. The entire time he seemed to be more occupied with his own thoughts and barely listened to anything I was trying to explain to him. He even tried to recommend putting me on diet pills to 'speed along' weight I need to lose. We also had to wait an additional half hour because he did not inform a nurse that we were still in the patient room after our meeting. I would not recommend his services to anyone.
