Go somewhere else
His staff is rude and gives the wrong appointments. Please, choose someone else. I have kidney cancer and they want to play games. I was super nice until they told me the wrong appointments while I might be dying. It's too important to play with people's lives.

I would give a zero if I could. They refused to see my 12 year old son on 4-11-2022 because I had to take my 4 year old with us to the appointment. They also refused to sign the document for school saying he was at office. When ask for a paper saying they refused the medical treatment for my 12 year old they refused. Never will I go back to this office.

I have been a patient of Dr. Samir Basata since 2014. During that time I have experienced prostate infections and difficulty urinating. I also have an enlarged prostate. Dr. Basata has consistently provided me with great medical care and even performed a Urolift procedure to help free up my urine flow. I highly recommend him.

Here's an honest review - rushed, rude, lacks bedside manners, doesn't look at patient's chart. He's a quick "in & out" Dr. so the insurance/you will pay him for making an appearance. He doesn't take the time to listen to the patient nor explain things clearly. I will never recommend anyone to be seen by him.
