If you struggle with OAB you shouldn’t!
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kalakish. I have injections in my bladder for OAB and he makes the whole process very comfortable. He is professional, friendly and is easy to talk too. He has a sense of humor that always puts me at ease. I recommend him to anyone struggling with this issue.

Dr. Kalakish/ surgical procedure
Dr. Kalakish was very polite, cordial and personal. Reviews your procedure with you and complications that could happen. Gives you time to ask any questions you might have. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kalakish. Discharge instruction were very vague. I called the office 2-3 times and never spoke a nurse. My F/U appointment was to be scheduled for 4-6wks and was scheduled for 7 WK’s. No slots available for surgical F/U patients.

Thorough and Kind
I found Dr. Kalakish to be a very thorough and kind doctor. He was great at educating me on what he though was going on with me, explained exactly what tests he was going to do, and then made sure those tests were done in a reasonable amount of time. My first appointment he was running behind, and he actually apologized. Not a lot of doctors do that, and it goes a long way. When Dr. Kalashish spoke with me, I felt he was having a discussion rather than talking at me. I felt very comfortable with him, which is not normal for me as I am generally anxious around men. I also though his staff was very nice as well. They have been great at answering any questions outside of my appointment. I'm very glad that I went to this doctor on the recommendation of a friend!

He forced a camera as a pre-op into my manhood, it was very painful. It permanently affected my ability to make love. When I do get an erection it's very curved and painful. It's a year and a half later, and we are finally getting into a surgeon to repair the damage.
