Made me feel like Family!
Been too tons of Doctors., but Dr Chopra stood out all of them ! He is caring, patience but most of all make you feel like you are Family. Thank you Dr Chopra!

visit experience
visit was 3 minutes, he asked 3 questions, walked out as fast as he could, didnt bother to ask if i have any questions. UA came back positive for UTI he prescribed an ABT that it is R to. still have symptoms and he is on VC for 2 week. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

His staff is Incompetent and Rude
First his staff recorded my insurance wrong in their system. Without the correct insurance information it forces me to have to pay out of pocket for everything. Then his nurse left a huge bruise when drawing blood. Then his staff did not submit the catscan order with radiology, until after I called several times. Finally his staff refused to do a preauthorization for preapproval of the catscan, testing and other procedures the doc order. They were rude, and stated it wasn't their responsibility. About 10 phone calls later, and time for an expensive catscan and other procedures, I called my insurance company, who confirmed the doctors office never preauthorized anything. Incompetent and rude. Do not use this doc, unless you want to waste a lot of time, and pay for everything out of pocket.

Excellent urologist
After years of dealing with urinary urge incontinence, I had the good fortune to meet Dr. Chopra when he joined this practice. He implanted an Axonic Sacral Nerve Modulator and my life has improved greatly. He is kind and understanding and I have no hesitation in recommending him.
