Dr. Salvatore Lombardo, MD

Took his time with us, spoke clearly in understandable language. Called us back once he got our lab results. We can tell he was genuinely concerned and sought to help us. Gave us the opportunity to ask any questions at the end of our visit, never rushed. We are confident with trusting Dr. Lombardo.

Dr. Lombardo was suggested to us by our neighbor. I am very grateful we decided to try a new urologist for my husband. I found Dr. Lombardo to be professional, warm, excellent bedside manner, took the time to explain the issue thoroughly was not rushed and even asked us at the end if we had questions. He made a drawing to explain the problem and even I understood it with no medical knowledge. I am glad we met Dr. Lombardo and am recommending him to family and friends.

Dr. Salvatore Lombardo is horrible doctor. I have been vising him and getting treatment for 2 years and just found out that I was misdiagnosed and prescribed the wrong medications. The last time I went to see him I had to wait for 50 min and seeing him arriving to the office. Dr. Lombardo came to see me for couple min and was not happy to learn that I have problems. He prescribed me a new medication and it took me 2 weeks to get it! I had to call his office every day trying to get this prescription and it went to the point that my number was blocked! I am filling official complain to with insurance company about Dr. Salvatore Lombardo. He even didn’t perform the basic procedures every urologist does. Shame on him!

A caring doctor that spent time with us, explaining clearly and even asked if I had questions at the end. I highly recommend this Scholar and Gentleman. I trusted him to do my surgery and it went excellent. Very glad my friend suggested me to see him.

A friend of mine told me I should see him. I had been seeing another guy for years. I went to him and I was pleasantly surprised. He is a nice doctor, he took the time to talk to me both about my medical stuff and also personal stuff. We both love and ride motorcycles. He suggested I try certain medicines the other guy never considered and the medication worked better. I like Dr. Lombardo, he is a good guy and smart. His Lyndhurst is not far from my work.

Had a very favorable visit with this doctor. He proved to be knowledgeable, patient and most importantly, took the time to answer ALL my questions. I was not rushed, I spoke to him personally (not assistants). I had a written list of questions from my Google search and he explained things to me with the added benefit of a diagram. I would highly recommend him!

Very nice physician. Answered my questions. I like he personally met with me and took the time to address my concerns. I was seeing a urologist in Clifton and he just sent me the helper (PA or MA) each time I would go there.

I saw Dr. Lombardo twice and never came away feeling satisfied. Both meetings were extremely brief, about 2 minutes. He already had prepped scripts before coming in to speak with me. I have had issues that are not going away, and I expected him to listen, ask questions, and physically examine me. Yet, he has never put a hand or instrument near me. He never gave me the feeling of comfort or tried to help me understand. He has almost no context or understanding of my ailment.

The doctor was very unprofessional when I asked him a question about my father's treatment. He was bothered by my question, told me I didn't trust his opinion and that I should probably find another doctor. Very rude. A doctor should be used to patients asking questions and should also have patience. He has also rushed us every time we see him. I do not recommend him.
