Worst doctor ever!
My husband saw Dr Gonzales for about 3-4 years. He is diabetic and in all the visits he had Dr Gonzales he never checked his feet or anything else. There ea time 5-10 min then done. Diabetes' up just changed meds no proactive just reactive to everything. I have Dr Holmes and he agreed. At end of 2023 I noticed a bump on neck and told my husband to mention it. He did but Dr did nothing, do at following appt I went and sat in again he did nothing so I stepped in scolded him. He asked 'are you a doctor' I said no but every PCPs check feet and are proactive and demandeche send him to be seen or I'm gonna report him. He did and my husband had Hodgkin lymphoma. Fast forward my husband survived treatment and we now changed PCP Doctor.

Horrible wait times to schedule a visit.
Dr. Gonzalez was courteous and professional. Listened to me, however there was no follow through with a simple precription for face cream. I requested late December, had pharmacy fax the request for pre-authorization, had my insurance fax the request, called the office multiple times and went in a second time. As of mid April I am still unable to get a response. This is just terrible. I also had incorrect information in my medical file and I emailed the office in MyChart twice and it still has not been corrected. I suppose I have to send certified mail or get legal involved. Its ashamed because the doctor seemed good, I just dont know whats wrong with this office. Also scheduling is horrible, I had to wait a month to schedule my new patient visit.
