Unprofessional Staff and Poor Handling of Appointm
I have always appreciated Dr. Bou’s expertise and care, but unfortunately, my recent experience with his office staff was deeply disappointing and unprofessional. A couple of days ago, I made an appointment for my son. Shortly after, we received a call regarding the reason for the visit that I had provided online. Without asking any further questions or discussing options with us, the nurse canceled the appointment and ordered us to take him to the emergency room.When we arrived at the ER, it turned out that nothing serious was wrong. This unnecessary visit could have been avoided if the staff had taken the time to communicate properly. When I called to understand why the appointment was canceled, the nurse sighed dismissively, gave a vague explanation, and ultimately hung up the phone in a rude manner. Sadly, this wasn’t the first time I’ve encountered such behavior from the staff.

Do not recommend
My daughter tested positive for C Diff, Dr Bou referred me on a Friday to a GI, refused to treat. I do not recommend Dr Bou, leaving a child untreated with CDiff is very irresponsible. When I was the one insisting she got tested because he repeatedly said it would be a negative result.

Turned my child away at the door because I forgot a document. He could have easily accommodated us by allowing me to email the paper. Absolutely horrific experience. And my child is struggling with mental health issues.

Front staff very sweet and attentive. Doctor is the best Pediatrician in town. I am a nurse and work with several Doctors but none compare to Dr. Bou. He loves his patients and is always on top of the new american Pediatric guidelines. I highly recommend to all new and experienced moms.

Dr Bou is great with our new baby and he takes time to explain things to us. His son manages the office and he is awesome. I really like that wait time is under 15 minutes

I have been with Dr.Bou since my oldest was 2, she is 15 now. He's an amazing doctor and really cares about our kids. I would recommend him very highly!

Both of my kids seen doctor Bou from birth till they turned 18. Dr Bou moved a couple of times and I followed him. Hard to find a good doctor he is the best. His staff is amazing ?? Many thanks from The poplin family
