Poor response
Telehealth
Has a telehealth scheduled, never showed up. Nurse called to tell me she's running late, 1 hr later I called main line they couldn't get a response. 2.5 hrs later they said she's seeing someone in person and won't get to me. Obviously doesn't care about timeliness or seeing her pts. Or doesn't prioritize her appointments based on time. So she never even saw me. Plus I asked for a 1 week extension to get me lab work and she wouldn't extend it. Ridiculous and disrespectful of my time 3x thus far! Never again.

Extremely poor responsiveness to patients. What a mistake I made in selecting her as my primary care physician. That will be changing asap. You can’t get in to see her for 3+ months and then she won’t make accommodations to refill standard prescriptions that expire because she can’t fit you in. Doesn’t seem to actually care about the benefit of patients. Bummer.
