There used to be excellent medical and nursing care at this group practice, but once a large corporation bought them, they succumbed to corporate pressures and standards. They are now poor.

Dr Khamisani is excellent. He is compassionate, respectful, listens, knowledgeable, thorough, accessible and helpful. And as wonderful as he is, his nurse Patti Jo is even better.

Pleasant, listens. It's a bit disconcerting when he yawns while we are communicating (2 out of 3 visits). After trying 3 meds to prevent migraines, I was sent to another Dr. for alternative treatment.

When he came into my room I felt he was rushing me and cold and matter of fact. When I asked questions he was rushed with answers and left the room with me still not understanding things. I did find the staff very good but if I understood right they were staff for a group of Neurologists.

I have been with Dr. Khamisani since 2010, and although I have moved several times all over central Florida, I refuse to find a different Doctor - he is simply the best. And you can't beat his office staff and Patty Jo (she is simply wonderful)!
