Dr. Faiazi is fantastic!

Dr. Faiazi has always been very thorough in addressing any concerns I may have. He takes as much time as necessary, never making me feel he is in a hurry or running behind schedule. He makes sure to answer and address any questions or concerns I may have.

Honestly Dr Faiazi and his staff are really great, he listened and then we formulated a plan that worked best for me.

Not sure if it’s a breakdown at OU Physicians or with Dr. Faiazi but after numerous visits keeping good faith, I’m finally calling it quits and changing physicians. The things discussed during visits rarely came to fruition and when they did it was because I hounded the nurse for updates. Calls and messages weren’t returned and test results were not entered into the portal or communicated via phone. Also the things discussed in my visits were not what made it into the notes summarizing the visit. He would say one thing, do another then document something totally different. Not once or twice. Many times. Lastly, appointments consistently were cancelled or rescheduled for months out without me being notified. Again, not sure whether this is an OU thing in general but I won’t be back and won’t be recommending to friends or family.

Listened to me well, great communication skills. He was professional and explained to me what certain medical terms meant in easier to understand terms.

My experience was a virtual visit but Dr. Faiazi was absolutely wonderful! Very informative and understanding. He didn't rush me either!
