I’ve used Dr Kaddoura for several years now, actually we moved an entire family from another clinic in the area after my Mom , who had Alzheimer’s was told by her current pcp that she just needed to stop taking her meds and tell her family goodbye and go on to a better place!!! Yes you read right, give up and die . By the grace of God we were directed that day to Dr Kaddoura who graciously agreed to accept my Mom as a patient and took great care and tons of understanding , not only with her but with my Dad as well, and within a week , he had taken her off of about 12-13 medications that were either a duplicate or totally unnecessary, she was feeling so much better and was able to come home, where we continued to take care of her and my Dad for 6 years with the help of Dr Kaddoura and she lived a healthy happy life. He’s a one of a kind Dr, a blessing, a ray of hope on a darkest day.

A recent test found a mass in the left front portion of my mother’s brain. When trying to get her scheduled with a neurosurgeon, we were given a list of what Kaddoura’s office needed to send them prior to an initial consultation. I called Kaddoura’s office twice in one day to give them the information to be sent to the neurosurgeon and asked for a callback confirmation. No one ever returned my call. In desperation, my mother drove to their office the following morning to see what was causing the delay and was told they had no record of my two calls from the previous day and promised they would send all of the required info to the neurosurgeon that same day. To make it worse, when I spoke to the neurosurgeon the following day, Kaddoura’s office had only sent ONE piece of the required information. They promised the neurosurgeon to get the rest of the information to them “later that day”. We are still waiting. Totally callous and insensitive.

Dr Kaddoura is one of the few doctors that actually listens to you and doesn't talk down to you. I have been with him for years and NEVER had a bad experience.

Doesn’t listen just looks in chart and reads history!

Great doctor. Very proactive. Kind and attentive to what is wrong.

Dr. kaddoura has taken care of us since he started at Sparks’s 10 years ago. He really cares and shows that by responding to our calls and emails. I’ve never had a Doctor who addresses all of our concerns and as my husband says he is “proactive” ! If it is urgent he will make room for you. My husband has a rare disease and has been a challenge but he has gotten us thru it.
