Dr Qureshi saved my sanity. After seeing more than a dozen doctors he instantly diagnosed my problem as NPH.I have since had the brain surgery he recommended and am very pleased with the results. He is both personable and knowledgeable

I would recommend having an exam with dr. Qureshi. I felt heard and he explained everything in detail. He examined my brain MRI pictures that I brought with me thoroughly.

I came to see DR Qureshi because the serious head trauma that I received from being smashed in the head with a chair by my ex husband was causing ongoing neurological issues. You would think that a neurologist would understand that I might be a bit confused. Instead he ordered me around, treated me like an underpaid employee and topped it all of by saying “ I do not like your energy “ and left me crying in his office . I am sorry that I am not organized as he likes, but having your head caved in by a full grown man causes damage. This doctor has no humanity . I am on full disability I and I am sorry that I am not as clear as he would like. However, if I was clear why would I need to see him in the first place. He should change his name to Dr Cruel.

After seeing around 20 drs for my unexplained illness, this was 1 of the first times I actually left the drs office not in tears. I don’t know which part to write about 1st bc both of these are equally important to me. 1: Dr. Qureshi didn’t dismiss my issues as me making them up & he didn’t just say “ok your symptoms don’t fit in these boxes so that’s it, bye”. He looked through my records & came up w 1 plan, & if that didn’t yield results then he had a backup plan, & then another. I don’t generally get that from the drs I’ve seen so that was really nice for me. 2: He was VERY empathetic. While he did tell me there was a chance he couldn’t help me bc unfortunately my illness may fall in the crack of the unknown by drs right now (which I appreciated & knew), he was very supportive of all that I’ve gone through & continue to go through. Being 34 yrs old & having an invisible, no-name illness has been VERY difficult. This was ALMOST just as comforting as him finding a cause/cure.

Dr. Qureshi provided excellent care. He was very thorough in his exam and was a very attentive listener as to my health situation. I was referred to him by my PCP quickly due to possible neurological problem. He assessed my situation through tests and results of my MRI and immediately made a referral for me to an orthopedic to rule out any ortho situations before proceeding with additional neurological tests. He made all this happen in a 24/48 hour period of time. I felt really confident about my Heath plan/care upon leaving office and knew I was receiving excellent support. Staff and office very friendly and demeanor of all gives a patient confidence. Highly recommend Dr. Qureshi.

I don't have much experience dealing with neurologists, but if they're all like Qureshi, then the entire discipline needs to be recreated. He basically told my father, who is experiencing cognitive decline, that "some neurologists try to help their patients get better but that's not what we do here." I'm not sure what malpractice is legally, but this is decidedly "bad practice." On our second visit, he tried to give the Montreal Cognitive Assessment test a second time, after we'd gotten an MRI based on the results of the first test just two weeks before. He didn't even look at the MRI himself, he just read the summary from the testing facility. Had I not challenged him at every step, I've no doubt he would have just ended the visit saying, "Not much we can do. Getting old is a pain. Sucks to be you." This dude should never treat any kind of dementia again. Just a pathetic display of disinterest. I'm sure he's good at something else.

Just me with Dr. Qureshi today about my ongoing migraines / tinnitus. After seeing probably more than a dozen doctors, he was able to provide a rational explanation of what's going on. I feel now we have a path to treatment. He's friendly, laid back, great overall bedside manner.

Dr. Qureshi is the best at making sure your comfortable when it comes to having to take medications. He's also been my therapist lol. I meet Dr. Qureshi through my brother who he was treating for nerve pain and just a year later he's now treating me. I don't know what I would have done without Dr. Qureshi.
