I am Dr. Rana's patient more than 10 years. Our three kids are delivered by Dr. Rana. I am not sure when reception or front desk is misbehaving why do we blame Dr. Rana. Doctor have nothing to do with it. This just Doctor bad luck they have staff like this. As far as it concerns Doctor she is outstanding. I advise all the time to my fellows that please don't read google, google is neither a Doctor nor can delivery your baby.

She is the absolute best! Very easy to talk to and always gives you all of the information that you could possibly need so that you can make the best decision for you! I would recommend her to everyone, and I have recommended her to plenty of friends. If you are at all concerned about having a doctor who cares about you and is not just in a hurry to get to the next patient, she is the one for you. She listens, she explains things clearly and she is so kind! Love Dr. Rana!

I had a horrible experience with this Dr. During my pregnancy. The good staff always leave and then they will have people working who don't know what they are doing. She is very quick and didn't answer my questions during many appointments. PTowards the end of my pregnancy she mentioned induction and then my last few weeks she bullied me into one which resulted in a c-section. I don't recommend her to anyone.

This was a awful experience from the 1st appointment until the 3rd. The front desk clerks were rude and argumentative. The office manager is very difficult to reach,and patient treatment was unacceptable. We are extreme happy with our new clinic and physicians.
