She does not listen to my concerns. She just jump to conclusions and refer me to all these useless specialists who haven't been able to help me. I am changing her as my primary care.

I have been going to this practice since 2003. When ill you cannot get an appointment for 3-4 weeks. I even stated I would be willing to see someone else in the practice and was told I had to call to speak with Dr. Bano first. That does not make sense, if I need to see a doctor. The entire purpose of a PCP is to keep patients out of the emergency room. When you can't get a timely appointment what else are you to do.

Someone check if this individual has her medical license. She is TERRIBLE. She literally spent no time during the checkup, nor did she do ANY physical exam during my visit. In conversing with her, she clearly doesn’t know what she’s talking about. She even failed to order the correct bloodwork for myself and my family members. Please go to any other doctor but Dr. Bano!

She is horrible physician. I have gone to her for a year and every meetup was 10-15min. Also she only raises my dosage promising me that give it 3 to 4 months(this has happened every meeting) and spends the duration of the meeting repeating the same questions she ask from before. One meeting she flat out asked me my medical history as if she had just met me. I hope someone can issue this to her because she is in it to make money.
