Amazing doctor- you cannot go wrong here
Dr. Rafiq is by far one of the best hospitalists that I have encountered. I am chronically ill and spend more time than anyone would want in hospitals. Dr. Rafiq actually came to me by the grace of God, at the exact time that I needed her because I was about to lose all hope in hospitals even helping me without leaving me crying in pain. Not only is she beautiful on the outside, she is beautiful on the inside with a disposition that most doctors lose. She actually listens. She actually hears you. She explains everything with patience and NEVER blows you off like too many doctors do. She uses her mind to treat you as a whole person and makes a care treatment that represents your physical and emotional and mental and physio needs. Honestly, she should be teaching because this humanity and kindness is rare but it should not be that way. Doctors too often treat you as a piece of paper and often even disregard symptoms.

I hate Doctors! However, Dr. Rafiq is the best doctor I have ever come across in 49 years. I just love her. She is caring, through, professional. She actually LISTENS and responds to my questions. Unfortunately, she left Coral Springs to move to Orlando. I am totally willing to drive up there just to keep her as my PCP.
