Find another doctor. Moved from out of state, waited a month for the appointment and brought release form 9 days in advance asking to have records requested. Arrived at appointment and Dr. had not even made the request for records. I needed a referral for physical therapy and a few other things, and shocker, Dr. Ahmad said that she couldn't help me without the records, so I needed to come back another time. Refused to give a physical therapy referral despite obvious atrophy. I have made continued progress with physical therapy (recently referred by my doctor in the state I moved from) and showed her X Rays, several tests, and previous diagnosis online. She said "we need to figure out if physical therapy will help you before I can refer you". It's actively helping me and I told her that, I can't even fathom what more information she could have needed. I came in because other places had a longer wait for new patients. Do yourself a favor and just wait for a better doctor, because now I have to wait twice.

Dr. Ahmad is TERRIFIC!! She does everything possible to make sure her patients are ok. She listens to your concerns and comes up with the best health-care plan. My dad is 83 and he says she's the BEST! We give her a 5 star rating.
