Awesome! The best bedside manners I've encountered in a Doctor. He is very concerned about my health and makes sure I get the best care possible! Young but very knowledgeable! That 1 star rating on this review has nothing to do with the Doctor. He is great!

Great Experience and Physician
I had the pleasure to meet and be evaluated by Dr. Patel on 7-10-24. I just moved to South Carolina and was looking for a good PCP. Dr. Patel was very calm was very warm with his greeting of me, which made me feel calm and at ease. I donated a kidney in September 2023 and we spoke about blood pressure and how if effects the kidney. Dr. Patel never seemed rushed and spent 20 minutes with me and addressed all of my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Patel to anyone looking for a very good board certified PCP physician. Thank you Dr. Patel and Staff for a very good experience and visit.

Front Office Fiascos...
This is not a review of Dr. Patel, but the front office is a mess. Scheduling fiasco after scheduling fiasco. Currently been mis-booked, not booked, not notified of Dr outage, and wait listed (to find that wait list doesn't exist, even when the office was at fault). I've driven 90min round trip to be told the doctor was out, and not a drop of remorse or accountability by the staff due to their error. I hear Dr Patel is awesome - yet to get past front door. If you visit here, stay on top of the front office.

Very professional, personable, knowledgeable.
Dr.Patel took time to explain information regarding my health. He didn't talk at me but with me concerning my care. He provided options and explained his recommendations along with providing future recommendations and goals. The front office staff were very professional. Ty was very thorough and took good care of me.
