Dr. Abbasi did a great job of listening to me and also referencing the notes on my chart. She was very engaged and friendly, and did a great job connecting with me and setting me at ease. She moved quickly/efficiently without making it feel rushed, and I really appreciated that!

Dr. Abassi is remarkable. Could be the best doc I've ever had. She cured the inflammation in my esophagus with meds/diet changes., and prevented hiatal hernia surgery. Plus scheduled an in-person follow up. She listens, responds to messages in the portal, and focuses on solutions. Bravo Dr. Abassi!!

I was informed of the risks of the surgery due to my age of 83 and that they usually don't recommend surgery for someone my age and she said because I have a small frame (5 feet, 110 lbs) the lining is thinner and risk is bleeding, etc. But because I seem healthy she felt I could have it done.
