Very caring doctor
He is a very good listener and gave me many treatment suggestions for my problems. I felt better the day after my steroid shots. Thank you Dr. Jinno!

Excellent Care
Six months after my one year of chemotherapy, my knees and ankles swelled up and were in extreme pain. I was living on pain killers. I had difficulty walking and eventually had to use a cane. My oncologist sent me for several tests to rule out blood clots, heart and lungs. All were negative. Thn I was sent to an orthopedist. After all his tests, he said, there was nothing he could do and recommended a rheumatologist. Luckily I was referred to Dr. Jinno. Dr. Jinno listened to my story with total attention. Then he examined my knee with his own ultrasound device and found fluid on my knee. He also examined my ankles. He removed 25 cc of liquid from my knee. The procedure was totally painless. Then he injected my left ankle which was the most swollen. He prescribed medications.I am now totally pain-free and give Dr. Jinno my highest recommendation. He saved me from suffering.

Excellent care.
I have been seeing Dr. Jinno since the Fall of 2023 for a new diagnosis of a complex chronic condition. At every appointment he has demonstrated the perfect balance of skills. He is a highly competent professional who gives understandable explanations, listens carefully to the patient and makes clear recommendations. When I have encountered crises, he has consistently responded more rapidly and reliably than any other doctor I have seen over many years. His staff members have always been efficient and very pleasant. I have never had to wait for an appointment and he has never been late to see me. This medical condition has been the most challenging experience of my life and I am deeply grateful that I found Dr. Jinno as a physician and a guide. I was surprised to see a 2024 negative review on this site and must state absolutely that the doctor and staff that he describes bear NO resemblance to the competent, caring professionals that I have visited regularly for over a year.

Patient of Dr. Jinno since February, 2024. Before age of 69, I got sick. I was a healthy female; current with doctor visits; with flu and COVID shots, and not taking any Rx drugs. Shortly after receiving a COVID booster vaccine, I developed cold sores, severe for me to be hospitalized. I was subject to skin pimples, eyes and dental gum cleaning were necessary to be seen by specialists. Eventually, I was put in touch with Dr. Jinno. He read my notes regarding my medical odyssey and shared that my condition may be related to a vaccine I had taken. His professional medical opinion was consistent with my self-diagnosis. My illness is possibly a rare auto-immune disease that cannot be confirmed via a blood test. Dr. Jinno is a caring physician; patient, listens and diagnoses; I trust his expertise. He continues to search ways to improve my condition and have made it possible for me to socialize again. I feel and look healthy. I am blessed and very grateful to be under Dr. Jinno's care.

So professional!
After months of been sick and unable to find an answer, I meet Dr Sadao, he listened carefully to all the symptoms. Send me to do some tests (looks like he know what was the problem) but so professional said to wait until we have the results. After the results I had to be at hospital for 6 days, he communicate every day with my doctors to see how I was doing. I'm still under treatment, and he's always responds to any doubts I have. I feel like I'm in good hands being under his care. Having My Chart is a really good tool to be in touch with him and the whole team.

Very dismissive, minimizes the symptoms that patient experiences, always does not know the answer, and difficult to talk to. Does not address the symptoms, at least refer the patient to a specialist if you dont know the answer. He is in a hurry and unable to converse well with patients. His clinic staff in Queens are terrible and unprofessional. Does not answer phone and when they do they answer then hang up on you. Go somewhere else! Avoid this clinic and this provider!
