DO NOT recommend to anyone ever. the staff is rude, they make things up as they go. the office is disgusting, papers everywhere, rooms are not cleaned after each use, not a clean environment. they do not give you enough time to ask or even have a question answered. We were given our treatment plan in the hall way with the 50 other patients that were there. Financial and all! We started the braces treatment in September 2021. Paid up front in full- because they hound you about payment the entire visit. Said our son would have braces on and off with in 20 months. Had a expander placed in the roof of his mouth. Each visit we got the run around about when he would actually get his braces. We were told a different excuse every visit we went. I understand the 1st few visits he wouldn’t be ready.. After enough run around I requested a refund. Was told this would be a simple easy task.. They only refunded $1,500 of what I had already paid them

I recommend all of my family and friends to go to Dr. Kocharekar, he is very caring for his patients. When you walk into his office he himself and the staff make you feel very welcomed. When getting an exam done he explains everything to you before starting, while the exam, and after just to make sure you understand everything.
