I waited for an hour for Dr. Braude to talk to me after my colonoscopy, but she wouldn't come even though a nurse reminded her a few times. When I finally caught her leaving the hospital for the day, I asked for the report and she said I should have it but I didn't. She did go through the trouble of printing the report, but I was shocked by how unwilling she was to spare a moment for her patient. Her practice was equally non-communicative. I called 2 days before my procedure for instructions, and when I finally received them through MyChart, I notices a list of medications that should have stopped 5 days before and dietary recommendations that should have started 7 days before. Fortunately, no harm was done in my case. However, if Dr. Braude and her office keep on cutting corners, someday someone will be hurt, and that can be you! So choose your doctor carefully.

Best GI I’ve had so far
I’ve been seeing Dr Braude since sept 2021, wish I had met her years ago. She’s empathetic, she explains things throughly, if you have any doubt she explains things throughly, her team is also great!! Still seeking for my solution, however I have faith she will find it.

I waited in the office for over an hour to be taken into the exam room. Then waited for another 45 minutes. She told me she was going to prescribe medication, never called it in and never followed up. When I called to look into it, she had left on leave and no one could help me. I was told to wait until she comes back from leave or go to my primary dr. Horrible experience and people in office are very rude.

two hrs after my procedure she finally ask if I was good and sent me home.. The.I suggested an aliment to test for she imidiatly said no and symptoms don't match up, which I know from an understanding of nutrition myself, was completely incorrect. all in all I learned nothing from my visit and I generally don't believe she knows why I was there in the first place.. Especially when she per scribed a medication that cases the same side effects as the symptoms I was trying treat... Very unhappy
