Was rushed through appointment with Dr Dean. He spent less than 5 minutes with me. Didn’t look at knee or ask what issues I was having. His Physician Assistant was more helpful. I have been a patient with KSF for 30 years. Not sure I will be back

I was having problems with my knee. X-rays showed to be arthritis. Dr. Dean gave me a cortisone shot. Very painful the first day but MUCH better by the second day

Dr. Dean did an excellent job repairing my left shoulder 11 years ago and I’ve had no issues with it since. Last year, when I started having issues with my right shoulder, I went back to Dr. Dean. Once again, his knowledge and expertise gave me confidence that I was in good hands and his conservative approach to treatment assured me that he had my best interests in mind. After exploring several non-invasive options over a 12 month period we did eventually resort to surgery. As expected, Dr. Dean did an first class job and my overall experience was excellent.

Dr Dean is very good doctor but his staff are very rude I had a bad experience yesterday at his office when I came back to ask for my medicine because it was not ready in the pharmacy that lady there was in bad mood and she asked me to leave the office with that actitud Dr Dean is going to lose a lot of patients that nurse is no professional because to work in the medical field employees should have compaction she’s in the wrong field I recommend Dr Dean but no the nurse there the issue happened yesterday 10/01/2021 my appointment it was at 8:45 am resone for visit R knee pain I haven’t get my medicine jet and my knee is hurting a lot

I was referred to Dr. Dean in November of 2020. I had arm pain that ended up being an old rotator cuff tear with a new one. He recommended surgery so I put it off until January because I knew I also need a total knee replacement on both sides. So far, rotator cuff and first need replacement down. The next knee replacement will happen in about five days. Surgery is never pleasant but I have absolute trust and confidence in Dr. Dean! He is a quiet and gentle soul and I'm so thankful that I was referred to his office. I have absolute trust and confidence. My quality of life has just sword because of one new knee. I can't wait for the other. Also the physical therapy staff at KSF it's great. Dr. Dean referred me for prehab before my rotator cuff surgery and it made a huge difference in my mobility. The front office staff makes me happy every time I walk in the door especially Tanya! I don't think you could find a more tender heart and friendly disposition. Dr. Dean and KSF are a blessing!
