Dr. Ryan Roberts, MD

I had an appointment on August 20th.And after the appointment ,I was set up for a procedure and I asked his nurse will I receive a call ,so they can tell me how much I would have to pay out of pocket,and she said yes. That didn't happen. They say you have 4 days to cancel, which I called in the time frame. But they still charged me 250.00.The billing supervisor said that they weren't able to put someone in my slot,so the fee stands. So they care more about making money than the patient . And I did my part,but the billing department didn't do there, all they had to do was check with my insurance and tell me what I would have to pay. It's not right.I will never go back.I was also tolded that it was left up to the doctor Roberts. .But that even matter because you right from wrong .

Staff was very friendly. Briley ( hope I spelled that correctly) set me up and was a sweetheart. Anesthesiologist and post-op nurse certainly put me at ease. Dr Roberts was friendly and efficient. Hardest part and my only complaint was sitting in those hard chairs for an hour. Some things can’t be helped.

I have had more than my share of digestive issues and have to get colonoscopies more frequently than every 10 years. Dr. Roberts makes a difficult procedure much easier than it could be.

Dr Robert's is very knowledgeable and skilled. He's current with new treatments and procedures. He puts me at ease and his warm smile is assuring.

I waited almost 3 months to see him. I told him I had horrible stomach pain and the medicine I was taking wasn't helping and he literally shrugged at me and said he didn't know what to tell me and to continue to take the medicine that wasn't providing any relief. He didn't run tests, didn't give me different medicine, just handed me a pamphlet on GERD and said "sorry I couldn't be of more help" and left. I will not be coming back, I'm very disappointed.

Dr. Ryan Roberts is outstanding! After losing my only sibling to colon cancer years ago, I have gone to Dr. Roberts for exams for prevention. He is phenomenal as a doctor - compassionate, professional, and thorough!! I should have done this before. If this will encourage just one person to have their exam or remind them of a followup, it is definitely worth it! God bless you Dr. Roberts and thank you for being there!
