My daughter’s 9years old.
He was absolutely unconcerned…. He told me she was faking her passing out. She was having extreme abdominal pain. When they were trying to give her contrast, she was throwing it up. He voiced in her chart that she refused. They finally did a contrast IV and it was unclear if she had appendicitis. When I went out to ask him What I should do. his response was we could just have her medevac to Saint Mary’s. Or I see no appendicitis but I can’t confirm it. I asked him what his recommendation was and he told me I don’t think she has appendicitis and if she does, she will not die within 12 hours of the diagnosis what? That is not an answer that he have told me I highly recommend you take her to St. Helen’s and have her checked out. I would’ve done it. After all this, he tried to wake her up at 2:30 in the morning and check her stomach. She was fully asleepon he responded. If you do not want to use your words, I can’t help you and walked out of the room then he came back

If you have him as a doctor RUN
Dr. Natale is a horrific, extremely unprofessional, confrontational, and aggressive physician. He made me feel extremely uncomfortable during my visit, and in order to paint me in a bad light, he even falsified in his report by putting his opinion above accurate information. I reported him to the board and his manager for his awful bedside manners.

Dr. Natale is awful
Our experience with Dr. Natale was nothing short of awful. My 85 year old mother was brought in via ambulance and Mr. Natale did absolutely nothing but try and discharge my mother. He was inconsiderate and showed zero compassion. When I asked for an oncology consult, he said that their opinion didn’t matter. Then he said “sorry” and walked out the door. For the record my mother was admitted and once she was on a floor that actually cared, she needed multiple medication for her bloodwork, which Mr. Natale in the ED said was “perfect”. My mother was also diagnosed with C-diff. Mr. Natale brushed off any of her stomach concerns and issues. He also said he did a full neurological work up when he fact he never even touch her. Mr. Natale clearly wanted her out of the ED. Shame on you. I suggest Lourdes look for someone that actually cares about their patients.

I came to the ER with a badly busted mouth due a fall. Dr. Natalie was working the ER that morning. He was so kind and I have to admit that I was scared and in tremendous pain. Dr. Natalie repaired my mouth with great expertise. He was thorough and mild mannered which made me feel much better! Thank You Dr. Natalie for being so compassionate!
