Dr lacy is a caring doctor who takes the time to explain things, making sure i understand. I am very grateful to have him as he is very supportive and genuinely concerned for my health and well being. His front staff does however leave a bit to be desired in the freindliness and compassion department.sometimes treating me like i am dumb or a pain in the rear for calling for refills or when trying to arrange tests/ bloodwork..again i dont blame the dr..perhaps fransiscan health & the office mgr.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lacy's for about 5 yrs. now. He is very professional, discrete, & compassionate. His treatments & recommendations have always been accurate & helpful. When needing a specialist, he has always given me good referrals. I love how he doesnt sugar coat things! He is straight forward & to the point, & explains things in a very understandable way. When calling with questions or concerns, he is very prompt with a reply. I strongly recommend him!
