He gave me my life back!
Dr. Harrison replaced both of my hips and restored my quality of life. The surgeries and recoveries were uneventful. I’d return in a heartbeat!

Total left knee replacement
He was willing to give me injections until I could no longer tolerate pain. My surgery went great. Went to rehab. center for 8 days and then continued for 10 weeks with home therapy. Very pleased with how mobile my knee is and no longer have any pain.

Dr. Harrison is a wonderful surgeon. He actually got my ankle fixed after I fell and had a trimaleolar fracture. Thank you Dr. Ryan Harrison. Jackie Wolf

Grateful he was on call
I had a traumatic accident and broke my arm on a Saturday night. Dr. Harrison was called in because it required emergency surgery. He was very adamant that my injury was something he could treat and I could expect a complete recovery with full function. His assurance helped me have confidence on a very frightening night. At 6 weeks post-op I am ahead of expected recovery according to my OT. Though I hope not to require his services in the future (who wants surgery), I will not hesitate to recommend him. When you go to the Emergency room, you don't get to choose your provider. I am grateful he was on call that night.

My Dad's PCP referred him to Dr. Harrison and my Dad's PCP sent him for an MRI of his knee so Dr. Harrison could have to to view for the appointment. Dr. Harrison told my father that he likes to take his own xrays and that x rays show more of what is going on to him. X rays only show fractures. Basically he seemed uninterested in my Dad's knee problem. Gave him a cortisone injection in his knee all the way to the bone that hurt him worse than anything has ever hurt him and come back in 3 weeks and will consider a knee replacement, if that is what he wants. My Dad came to him for advice on what to do for his knee that CLEARLY needs more than a cortisone injection. Horrible bedside manner for a doctor. I am referring my Dad to the total knee replacement doctors I work for, that care for their patients and not just patch something up and move onto the next patient.

He did a knee replacement for me and had nothing but PROBLEMS. Had to have a revision with a different doctor who fixed the mess Dr Harrison made of my knee telling me my knee was intact ! No wonder he left OSU & moved back to Indiana.
