Dr. Ryan Gasser, MD

Back in 2014 Dr Gasser did a spinal fusion on me. He is one of the best doctors I have seen. He is professional, takes his time explaining options, honest, kind and extremely helpful. Prior to seeing him I saw two other spinal surgeons which were both bad experiences. One did not want to go over my Ex-rays or MRI with me and my husband, he said we wouldn’t understand! We got up and walked out. The second did not want to discuss options. He said I needed surgery and when it hurt bad enough to call him. Pathetic behavior and very unprofessional. Dr. Gasser was amazing. He is the only spinal surgeon I will see.

was diagnosed with Spondylolisthesis and in immense pain. I saw a couple of surgeons who just rushed. A friend referred me to Dr. Gasser and I cannot sing enough praises for him. He explained my entire condition to me, laid out all of my options, and really treated me as a person, not a number. I am scheduled for surgery in 2 weeks, but ended up suffering an absolute debilitating disk herniation. The office got me in immediately, and he got me on his surgical schedule 5 days later to fix the herniation. He did not make me wait for the already scheduled surgery. The entire staff handled everything seamlessly. I just cannot thank Dr. Gasser and the entire staff for all of the compassion, efficiency, and superb medical treatment.

Dr. Gasser explains in detail what my back problems are. He addresses these issues with care and is not quick to recommend surgery unless absolutely needed. His calm manner and kind nature is always appreciated. He is not 'puffed up with pride' as sometimes can be the case with many 'professionals'! He is 'down to earth' and treats you with concern for your healing and better health...without pain...The Main Goal! Dr. Gasser = 10 STARS

Excellent! He took his time explaining the procedure and follow up, answered our questions. Dr.Gasser was very down to earth and easy to understand his explanations.

I'm now 9 weeks post-op from a lumbar laminectomy and fusion preformed by Dr Gasser. Though I was very nervous to have this surgery it was a success and I'm doing so much better. Dr Gasser and his staff are amazing.

Dr. Gasser and his staff are very friendly and all have pleasant bedside manners. I was rear ended on 77 in the construction zone in June. I still have headaches, spasms and pain in my neck and shoulder. As of 12/30/21 he said he was going to cut me loose and said that it was all due to arthritis. I've never had and type of neck or shoulder pain or arthritis in my life before June 9. So how is this solely arthritis? I am very active and this opinion is disappointing. He suggested to get pain meds from my family Dr. Meanwhile, I still have spasms and neck/shoulder pain. This makes my line of work extremely challenging as I own my own business and cover/drive multiple counties.

OMNI orthopedics is absolutely phenomenal, they really care about their patients and go above and beyond to make sure that we are very well cared for.

Dr. Gasser is very personable, listened to what I had to say and gentle. At this time in 2 days I am scheduled for an MRI and a follow-up appointment right after the MRI to review the exam results and what his recommendations for treatment will be.

I went to see Dr. Gasser regarding severe lower back pain. He discovered I had a fractured T12. He operated using the Kyphoplasty technique. It went beautifully. Very little pain afterward, and I was up and walking normally within an hour or two after surgery. I still have the lower back pain, but I'm confident that this to will be resolved. Definitely would recommend Dr. Gasser and Omni Orthopedics. Staff is very respectful and treat you in a friendly manner.

I am so pleased with Dr Gasser & his treatment of my back problems. He has a GREAT bedside manner, so concerned & caring & he explains everything SO well. The surgeries he has performed on my back have relieved my original pain & improved my function. As a farmer for 58 yrs I've been really hard on my back due to the type of work I have done & still do. He understands that kind of hard work & has done all he can to keep me doing my work--- with a few limitations, of course. I have recommended him to all my friends & family!! Dr Gasser is THE BEST!!!

Best back surgeon ever! I heard horror stories of people getting back surgery but my experience was wonderful! I was down for several days and that was it. I felt great after 2 weeks and back to work after major surgery at 10 weeks. I felt good enough to go back after 4 or 5 but was told to take it easy to properly heal. I would highly recommend Dr Gassar!

Dr Gasser is very knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. He explains things on a level that patients can understand and is willing to listen. I recommend him to anyone who has back issues

Dr Gasser was kind, compassionate and very importantly he listened to what we had to say, asked good questions and then was knowledgeable enough to pursue tests to confirm and find what the problem was. He brought in other specialties in order to address the problem.

Awesome!!!! Dr. Gasser is amazing, he came highly recommended. I had so many issues with my back and having lots of leg pain. He listened to everything I had to say. He explained everything he was going to do I was not nervous at all for surgery. He takes his time with the doctor visits, yet never a long wait time. I got in and out. Dr. Gasser even found that I had a shredded Labrum in my hip and he sent me to Dr. Bickett for surgery on that and she was awesome as well. Omni is the best place around with the best doctors. Couldn’t be more happier with how he treated me. He is super nice and easy to talk to. Amazing surgeon!!! Would highly recommend for back issues/surgery!!!

Dr. Gosser did surgery on my neck one year ago and corrected the problems. The service was top-notch quick and everyone involved gave me quick accurate top-notch care. From diagnosis through surgery and through rehab everything was excellent. I'm a registered trauma nurse and paramedic and have worked in the medical system all my life. I can't say enough good about the care that I received their!
