Dr. Ryan Fuller, MD

Fuller recorded in his notes that I had fallen asleep while driving and an accident resulted. On that basis he referred me to DMV for license revocation. Slight problem here - no such incident has ever happened to me. He refused to correct the record. Fortunately two other(competent) Kaiser doctors supplied me with letters of support and I was able to keep my license. The worry and stress caused by this provider was horrible - how would you like to try to get along without a drivers license? Months later he did correct this error - there were numerous others in his session notes - too late to spare me a lot of grief. He had repeatedly told me he could not correct the record by law, then did so, and refused to answer my question as to what had changed that allowed him to do so. I suspect he acted on advice of Kaiser lawyers who pointed out that he’d be torn apart in court or arbitration on this point. Record the session if you are stuck seeing Fuller, or bring a witness.
