Dr. Ryan Cook, DO

I came in with cat bites and scratches. He was very understanding and told a story to help me feel better. The staff was very nice too, and it made a bad situation feel much better.

Dr Cook is an extraordinary physician. He listens. He is helpful, kind and attentive. Dr Cook has excellent communication skills and is exceptional with details. I am extremely lucky to have such a compassionate and thorough Doctor.

Dr. Cook never fails in readily creating the space to listen to our every concerns on every visit. Very insightful in answering our queries and readily explaining every procedure to reassure us. He and the whole staff made us feel like part of a large family. His presence in this hospital is both essential and exemplary.

I’ve seen Dr. Ryan Cook twice as of writing this and looking forward to going back again for my next check-up and as needed. He took the time to listen to my issues, both physical and mental, was hyper present the entire visit. His responses and discussion came across as understanding and important to him to help address and provided multiple options to help. He had a non-judgmental attitude towards lifestyle choices disclosed and didn’t dismiss a single concern. I didn’t feel rushed when talking with him on either visit and Dr. Cook’s follow-up writing on their MyChart software was very detailed and valuable. This was one of the best PCP doctor visits, out of many, I have ever had and would not hesitate to return to any issues that come up because I feel 100% confident, he will listen and will want to help to find a resolution. Both appointments were in the afternoon and was seen within 10 minutes of the appointment time. All other staff experiences were amazing as well.

He took his time, and made me feel so comfortable. I’m keeping him!
