Dr. Ryan Burgette, MD

Dr. Burgette seemed like he didn't want to be at my appointment. Didn't show any interest in getting to the bottom of my issue. Came across as smug and dismissive

Edited to shorten: I had a terrible experience and would not recommend.

I was basically told the symptom I complained about wasn't possible and that I should take some CBD gummies and forget about it. He could not have been more dismissive and only seemed interested in ushering me out of his exam room.

I was recommended to a different doctor in the office by my daughters pediatrician for having recurring ear ruptures but since that doc wasn’t available they scheduled me with Burgette. Worst experience with a doctor I’ve ever had! Barely checked her ears, was very short and dry with me and gave me no information other than she’s fine. He made me feel foolish for even bringing her in when more than one doctor told me she needs to see an ent. A two year old having 4 ear ruptures in 6 months seems like an issue to me... I would not recommend him to anyone!

Phenomenal experience. I had been suffering for several weeks with pain in my ear like nothing I had ever had. My Dr thought it was a swollen lymph node, but pain only got worse. Dr. Burgette ran several tests and diagnosed me with TMJ. He was so patient and kind during his time with me-especially because the TMJ was stress related. I am surprised by some of the other reviews-and I stand by my personal experience.

Was agitated because I said my hearing is perfectly fine and didn't need a hearing test (don't want to pay for unnecessary tests) and explained my symptoms and had no real diagnosis. Explained a lot of coughing I've been experiencing possibly due to medication I was taking to cure the ear issue my general doctor thought I had and had to ask over and over again what it could be and is there anything I can do to get rid of that. Didn't look at me most of the time I was talking. When I was he seemed disinterested and his body language made me feel rushed. So disappointed. A waste of my time. Would never see him or recommend him. Already told some folks I know who use Dupage Medical to avoid when in need of an ENT. Wish I read reviews on him first. My general doctor helped me more than this specialist did.

Love Dr Burgette!!!!! Did a balloon sinus surgery on me, been good ever since!!! He saved my daughter with the best vertigo help that she couldn’t get anywhere else after numerous doctors!!! Thanks So Much!!!!

Dr. Burgette along with his staff could not have been more accommodating or kind. He answered all of our questions and took the time to make my daughter feel comfortable.

I was seen for extreme ear, jaw, and face pain. I was in so much pain I was crying during my office visit. He was very cold and finally diagnosed me with TMJ. However, refused to treat my pain and told me I have waited this long (weeks) with pain, so I could wait longer to see a Neurologist to help with my pain. I have never been treated so inhumanely and with such disregard for compassion. I am now suffering for 2 more weeks until I can see a Neurologist.

I don’t know why the bad reviews. He was very personable and made me feel at ease. I would definitely go back, he was very friendly!

Not sure myself on the bad reviews. Please remember that he is an ENT dr. and has a very busy schedule and that imo his job is not his bedside manner. His job is to diagnose, treat, prevent and cure and at that he is as good as there is. He has seen 2 people in my family with 2 correct diagnoses, 2 correct treatment and a very successful surgery. His post op checkup was great. His bedside manner was great as well. We needed a professional, confident Dr. and surgeon and that is what he is !!

He spent around 30 seconds with me. Didn't let me talk or listen to me. Was shouting over me as acting as if I am deaf. I am not deaf. Not a good doctor

I made an appointment. That was the easy part. I arrived for my appointment and the office was closed. I took time off from work and drove a long distance. Very disappointed. No phone call cancelling the appointment. Nobody there when I showed up.

Not sure why all the negative reviews he is an excellent doctor.

Could not help me with the reason I went to his office and he didn't even try just simply said I can't help you. Have seen him before and he was great had a great personality this time cold as ice. Left his office in tears.

Very professional and decent bedside manner.

One of the worst Doctor. He has no respect for his patients. He ordered CAT scan and never followed up with the patient for 18 days about the report and still waiting... His staff manager ( Michele) has no idea why her office did not follow up with the patient. We called 4 times before we could get them get the results. Still waiting on Doctor's call to tell us the results. He will be the last choice for me in future
