As strange as this may seem, I look forward in visiting with Dr. Burch. He is very easy to talk with and I feel he truly listens to my health concerns. We cover a lot of ground in a short amount of time which I feel is due to our long standing relationship and understanding of each other. If there were more Doctors like him on the Froedtert Staff you would have an unbeatable team.

Dr Burch is excellent. Takes time, listens, responds. I had an 0830 appointment and had my dr visit, labs and xray done in 30 minutes.

The virtual visit is a very helpful tool to have for healthcare needs. This was my first attempt at this type of appointment and it went very well. I appreciated not having to drive to the doctor in bad weather when Im already not feeling well. Thank you for this option.

The Only issue I have is that I see a lot of providers and I wish that there was a better way for them to all communicate with each other! But I try my best to keep my primary doctor updated on any changes or new test or procedures that other doctors might want to perform I won't agree to anything without talking it over with my primary doctor because he knows me better than anyone else.

Dr. Burch is interested
He listens. He doesn't take it personally when I reject tests, he gently prods, he respects my opinions. Rare in a healthcare provider. Healthcare has changed it is less personable people need to understand that, however, if you have a problem, speak up, don't judge a doctor until you have expressed yourself. Do it respectfully, stop them if they are in a hurry and ask your question and insist on an answer before you give a bad review. So far so good with this Dr.
