Dr. Horowitz is great as is Heather the PA> The lab is HORRIBLE!!!! Many errors over many times. We will continue to she this practice but go to an outside lab. Too lengthy to explain but the Lab is a mess and makes mistakes that then reflect the wrong meds prescribed.Pat Wagner, Retired R.N.

Dr. Horowitz takes the time needed for each patient. She has explained my condition to me thoroughly and answered all my questions. She is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. I would recommend her wholeheartedly.

I have been diabetic for many years, and had to request testing that Dr. Horowitz should have and could have recommended herself. I found her to be incompetent, arrogant and condescending. I had one visit with her in her office and one correspondence through the office portal. Her office staff is rude, as well. That was enough to know I would never return.

She was texting with her daughter throughout my consultation. When she asked me questions, she did not listen to the answers. She was adamant that I said I weighed 60 pounds more than I actually do. Why would I do that? The office refused to fill my prescription because I was due for an appointment, which they never notified me about. The office staff, Shanna and Kate, were rude when I tried to resolve the matter. Difficult to schedule appointments: get voicemail then a call back weeks later.
